Mission Deficit

It is the board’s responsibility to make certain there is not a deficit. And I don’t mean a financial deficit.

I refer to a Mission Deficit. By that, I mean the board must make certain there are sufficient funds for the organization to meet its mission. If it doesn’t, history will not deal well with that board.
