The Hydra Leadership Institute
The Seminar begins on September 3 and ends the next day, September 4. It will be a rigorous two days. We will go each day from 8:30 in the morning until lunch –2:00 pm. The Greeks eat lunch late.
The Hydra Seminar will focus on the role of Leadership in fundraising. The Hydra Leadership Seminar will focus on the role of Leadership in fundraising. On top of a full curriculum, on of America’s leading volunteers and philanthropists will join us for the entire seminar.
We have left enough time for walking, swimming, and shopping before we begin again at 5:00 pm. We will work until 7:30 pm— which will give you a little time to relax before dinner.

Scholarship Application
A limited number of partial scholarships are available. The Review Board of the Institute will be particularly encouraging to relatively new organizations, those that serve primarily a minority constituency, or those especially affected by cutbacks in government funding. Application pdf

FREE Tuition for CEOs and Supervisors
A Special Bonus There is something quite extraordinary that happens when a CEO or supervisor joins a staff member for a Seminar experience. We are so committed to this important concept that we offer Free Tuition for the CEO and supervisor. There is only a $225.00 fee to cover materials and breaks. You can count on an incredible adventure and a productive journey for the institution. That’s a promise.
Discount Fees for Attendees
If you attend more than one Seminar, you will receive a discount of $50.00 off each additional Seminar.
Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend after payment is received, a substitute participant may attend or you may request a credit toward a future Seminar. Refunds can be made for cancellations received three weeks prior to each Seminar.
